One day in August, we received an email from a German customer. He needed to send 3CBM 800kg 3Pallets products to the Port of Hamburg, Germany, the trade term is EXW. We needed to pick up the goods at the factory in Ningbo, and then help to book the space. According to the customer’s demand, we have given him the cost details:

After we sent the price to the customer by email, the customer sent us an email three hours later, asking us to contact his supplier to communicate about the delivery. After our fleet delivers the goods to the warehouse, we will put the goods into containers according to the shipping schedule for customs declaration and export. Finally, after 30 days of transportation, the goods will arrive at the Port of Hamburg, Germany. The customer will do customs clearance on the goods and then get the goods from our agent warehouse in Germany.
