We have a British customer who has been cooperating with us for nearly three years since 2019. At the beginning, due to his relatively small volume of goods, we only send truck+express,railway + express, sea + express, air + express. As his company continues to grow, we work more closely with him. Until this year, he finally wanted to ship a full container of 40HQ to Felixstowe, UK. He asked us if we could quote a sea freight for him, and then let us be responsible for his customs clearance and delivery in the UK. We arrange the latest shipping date for the customer according to the cargo data and delivery time provided by him. Besides, we have a contract with EMC for the routes from Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai to Felixstowe in the UK, and the price can basically meet the customer's needs. After we reported the ocean freight and back-end cost to the customer, the customer trusted us so much that he directly asked us to arrange transportation. As for the transportation in China, the customer's factory has its own fleet, so the factory is responsible for this part. When the closingf date is available, we will inform the factory to let the fleet send the goods into the port area and complete the customs declaration before the closing date. After the goods arrive at the port, our colleagues in the UK will clear the goods and then send them to the customer's warehouse. After the delivery, we will confirm with the customer whether we have received the goods, and then send the account number to him, so that he can pay the freight to our Hong Kong account.

From China to Felixstowe, we mainly use EMC ships. According to the needs of different customers, we sometimes use ships from other shipping companies.
